Punch Now - Use this button to punch In or Out. The registration is automatically sent to PayClock Online. If your phone is offline, the punch is stored until connectivity is restored.
Transfer Department – Use this button to transfer to a different department that you are allowed to use.
Period Totals – This section of the home screen will display your total hours for this pay period.
Daily Punches – This section of the home screen will display any registrations or non-work time for the current date.
Navigation Bar
Home – This will navigate you back to the Home page.
Timecard – View and Edit your Punches and Non-Work Time. You can also see your Period totals as well as Daily totals here.
Time Off – Here you can Request Time off, View your Time Off Requests and your Benefit times.
Employees - Only visible for Supervisor accounts: Allows access to Employee Timecards, Totals, Benefit Time, and Time Off Requests.
My Account – View information about your account. This is also where Help & Support are located, Settings, and where to Log Out of the application.
Help and Support
Contact Us – This will display Lathem Time’s contact information with the hours of operation.
App Feedback – This will allow you to submit information to better improve our product by submitting the Type of Feedback, Name, Phone Number, Comments, and an option to Include Local Device Logs.
Help Articles - This will refer you to our Help page that can assist with common information regarding the mobile application and setup processes.
Privacy Policy – This sets forth the Privacy Policy of Lathem in collecting, storing, and processing Personal Data received from Lathem Customers, Customer Employees, and Website Visitors.
Notifications – The bell in the right corner will take you to the notification center. As an employee you will be able to check on the status of your time off requests. As a supervisor you will be able to approve and deny time off requests as well as receive product updates from Lathem.
Settings
Change Password – Enter your current password, then your new password twice to reset your login credentials.
Support – If you're experiencing an issue, you can enable verbose logging for a fixed interval of time, so that detailed logs are sent with App Feedback (accessible via the Help menu).
Display only unread/pending notifications – Here you can choose to toggle only unread and pending notifications.
Vibrate – This toggle will enable or disable your device from vibrating when you clock in/out.
Stay Signed In – Toggle this if you'd like your device to remember or forget your credentials.
Show Clock Seconds – This option will toggle the seconds to show or hide from the home screen.
Show Clock in 24 hour format – This toggle will enable/disable punches from showing in 12 or 24 hour format.
Show Totals in Hundredths – This toggle will display the pay period totals, daily totals, and benefit times in hundredths format instead of minutes.
